Who we are and what we do:

Troy Township Water Association has been providing high-quality drinking water to communities in Perry County. We service customers in Rocky Point, Echo Lake and the outskirts of Tell City.

Today, Troy Township Water Association provides water to over 250 service locations, including homes, businesses and daycares, in Perry County.

Troy Township Water Association is a not-for-profit company that is governed by a board of directors, which is elected by the customers. All board of directors must be members of Troy Township to hold a position on the board. Each resident and/or business within the Troy Township Water service area wishing to be supplied with water must pay a deposit fee. Our customers are invited to attend the annual meeting, which is held the second Tuesday in February, and vote for the directors who are up for election.
